Shipping Rates and Policies (US):
Shipping methods available include Standard (USPS Priority Mail), transit time of 3-7 Business Days. Free Shipping for orders over $150. See chart for shipping costs. SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

As soon as you will place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Signature upon delivery is not required; therefore Grand Camping is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
To return your product, you should contact us for a return address. Please email us at [email protected] to get the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as long as the item isn’t defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If your order is in stock and we’re able to process the charges to your credit card, your order will ship within five business days from the date of your order.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide during checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at [email protected]
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photo’s to [email protected] and we will process and insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancelation and Refunds (if applicable):
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee wether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds will only be issued to the payment method that you use when placing an order.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that may NOT be Returned:
• Any worn, washed, soiled, and/or damaged goods.
• Promotional items, sale items, and/or items marked final sale
• Gift cards, store credit
*All shipping & handling is non refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us [email protected].
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Returning Items Paid with Gift Certificate or Store Credit : If you purchased item(s) using a gift certificate or store credit, then you may only receive a refund in the form of store credit.
Restocking Fee: Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in sellable condition. Grand Camping retains the sole right to inspect all merchandise returned prior to a refund being approved and issued. Should any merchandise be found to have signs of wear or not conform with the Grand Camping Return Policy, then the return will be declined and merchandise will be reshipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
